Day 1 - Arusha to Central Serengeti

Your safari begins with an 8:00 AM pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a 6-hour drive to Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti, meaning "endless plains," stretches as far as the eye can see and is home to the Big Five  elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard as well as abundant plains game like impala.

Explore the central Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, with the Seronera River attracting a wide variety of animals. Keep an eye out for lion prides and the iconic granite kopjes, which provide shelter to diverse wildlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the day, and the day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 2 - Central Serengeti to North Serengeti

Start the day with either a relaxed breakfast and a 9:00 AM game drive or an early morning drive at 6:00 AM. After breakfast, depart toward the Northern Serengeti with a packed lunch.

The drive through the central Serengeti offers light wildlife sightings, while the northern region features hilly terrain and abundant resident game such as zebras, topi, gazelles, buffalo, leopards, and lions. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the journey, and depending on arrival time, you may spend a few hours by the Mara River. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 3 & Day 4 - North Serengeti

Start the day with either a full-day game drive at 9:00 AM with a packed lunch or an early morning drive at 6:00 AM, followed by breakfast and an afternoon game drive.

Between mid-June and September, you may witness the dramatic Mara River crossings during the Great Migration. You may also explore the Lobo Valley, a scenic area of woodlands, plains, hills, and granite kopjes, home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other wildlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the game drive, and the day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 5 - North Serengeti to Central Serengeti

followed by breakfast. Depart for Central Serengeti with a packed lunch. The four-hour drive south passes through hills, woodlands, and the Lobo area, with chances to spot wildlife along the way.

The Seronera area is one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, centered around the Seronera River, attracting a variety of animals. Look out for lion prides and enjoy the changing terrain from hills to open grasslands. A picnic lunch is enjoyed during the drive, and the day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 6 - Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti before departing for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic crater, is surrounded by extinct volcanoes and shelters around 30,000 animals. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 7 - Ngorongoro Crater Tour (5 hours) to Arusha

Start early with a quick breakfast, then descend into Ngorongoro Crater around 6:30 AM for a 5-hour game drive. The crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, is home to elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Hippo Pool before ascending the crater and driving back to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your hotel by around 6:00 PM, concluding your safari with unforgettable memories.
