SAFARI ITINERARY
DAY 1 : ARRIVAL
Arrives at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO). Participants are met by a representative of DreamWorth Safaris and transferred to a hotel in Arusha.
DAY 2 : Tarangire National Park
Today, we explore Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds and magnificent baobab trees. While on our game drive, we’ll have the opportunity to see a variety of African mammals, including lions and other predators.
DAY 3 : Serengeti National Park Ndutu
Today, we journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards the Ndutu region, located in the southern part of Serengeti National Park. From December to February/March, we have the opportunity to witness the Great Migration herds, a remarkable sight as animals navigate along and perilous trek in search of rain and survival during the drought. We’ll dedicate our days to observing the wildlife in the Ndutu area, so make sure to have your cameras ready!
DAY 4 : Full Day at Serengeti National Park - Ndutu
You will explore the Ndutu area in search of activities while enjoying the diverse wildlife around Serengeti National Park. If luck on our side, we may witness the migration, so be sure to have your cameras ready to capture this experience.
DAY 5 : Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today, we journey to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater to explore its stunning and the surrounding region. This remarkable area features a dormant and breathtaking nature. While in the park, keep an eye out for the “Big Five”: elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, and rhinos, along with the 30,000 other animals and diverse bird species that inhabit this incredible locale.
DAY 6 : DEPARTURE
Following breakfast, you’ll be taken back to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
